Arbor Place, Round Rock's First Gated Residential Community, Opens

PRLog (Press Release) – May 15, 2009 – Arbor Place, Round Rock’s first and only exclusive gated residential community, opened for sales this week.  Featured builders are David Weekley Homes and Highland Homes, both high quality builders well known in the Austin / Round Rock area.  The community is located in the highly desirable west Round Rock region.

Arbor Place is Round Rock’s only gated community.  With spacious lots and the privacy of gated community life, Arbor Place caters to the discerning buyer.  The community is surrounded by nearby medical facilities plus easy access to shopping, dinning, sports and more, and is within a half mile of the new HEB Supercenter.  The community is located at the intersection of Wyoming Springs Rd and RM 620, approximately 3 miles west of IH35.
